古巴棒球明日之星小庫瑞爾(Lourdes Gurriel Jr.)已經同意和美國職棒大聯盟(MLB)多倫多藍鳥(Toronto Blue Jays)，簽下一紙長達7年、2,200萬美元的合約。
小庫瑞爾是目前已經投效大聯盟休士頓太空人(Houston Astros)的內野手庫瑞爾(Yulieski Gurriel)的弟弟。
根據藍鳥公布的訊息，今年23歲的小庫瑞爾在2015年、也就是古巴全國棒球系列(Cuban Serie Nacional)最後一年的59場比賽中，打擊率高達三成四四，其中有17支二壘安打、10支全壘打。
小庫瑞爾是在今年8月成為自由球員，根據13日公布的合約內容，小庫瑞爾的簽約金為300萬美元，下個球季的薪資為60萬美元，2018年調升為100萬美元、2019年150萬美元、2020年250萬美元、2021年350萬美元、2022年450萬美元以及2023年540萬美元。
而如果小庫瑞爾能夠在下個球季就獲選為年度最佳新人(Rookie of the Year)，將可以再獲得10萬美元的獎金。
臺北市文山區成人商品至於他的哥哥庫瑞爾則在今年7月，與太空人簽下了5年、4,750萬美元合約。32歲的庫瑞爾今年8月才在大聯盟初登場。

面臨總冠戰系列賽連輸2場，被追到2比2，中信兄弟精神領袖「恰恰」彭政閔說：「球隊不是不會輸，但是我們很會贏。」
昨天兄弟大比分落敗，總冠軍系列賽被義大扳成2比2平手，面對後面比賽，雙方回到原點，尤其今晚第5戰相當關鍵，贏者將能取得聽牌優勢。
彭政閔表示，還是要看臨場經驗，就跟之前說過，一步一步走，踩著穩重步伐，相信兄弟機會比較高，對於士氣的影響倒是還好。
彭政閔表示，他知道大家對於兄弟期待很高，他說：「球隊不是不會輸，但是我們很會贏。」相信大家很清楚，知道自己要做什麼，如何幫助球隊贏球。
